In addition, safety is ingrained in our culture through weekly meetings focusing on targeted training and daily job hazard analysis.
Following a successful probationary period, we offer a state-accredited, four-year apprenticeship program, fostering employee growth. In the Titusville office, this program is sponsored by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), while our Jacksonville office program is run in partnership with the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). These partnerships underscore our commitment to skill development and professional advancement, exemplifying AEI’s dedication to excellence.
