MILITARY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

AEI was tasked with constructing eight large radomes with supporting infrastructure and power generation at Royal Air Force Base in Ascension Island, in addition to an emergency backup power system and various electrical requirements. 

Having achieved successful results for this project, AEI was then approached for assistance with a closely related installation at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This larger installation involved eight new antenna foundations, communication cable installation, electrical distribution to the antennas, as well as trenching, air conditioning, and interior room modifications to an existing building. AEI was able to seamlessly provide all the necessary management, labor, material, and support required to ensure an efficient and cost-effective design-build package for all the electrical requirements of this project.

The successful completion of the project allowed for effective communication and signal reception at Vandenberg and led to a continued partnership between AEI and the Space Force on future projects.
