This design-build project at Orlando International Airport involved a complete power upgrade on a 100,000-square-foot aircraft hangar. The work involved removing contaminated 13.2 KV transformers, installing a new 1600 amp service, switchgear and panel boards, 400 Hz power receptacles, new 1000w high bay lighting, and a new communications system. We were a prime electrical contractor to Continental Airlines and self-performed 100% of the project.
